VEARI – TERMS & CONDITIONS 


1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the VEARI online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to abide by the following terms and policies.


2. PRODUCT WARRANTY

2.1 All VEARI products are handcrafted using genuine leather and undergo strict quality control.
2.2 VEARI provides a 10-day warranty against manufacturing defects arising from normal intended use.
2.3 This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, accidents, negligence, or improper handling

  • Exposure to moisture, chemicals, or excessive force

  • Natural wear and tear

  • Repairs or alterations by unauthorized persons
    2.4 VEARI reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect. VEARI’s decision is final.


3. RETURN POLICY – ONLINE PURCHASES

3.1 Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within the first 10 days from the delivery date.

  • The customer must request the official Return Form at customercare@veari.com and include it inside the package.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all labels and original packaging.

  • The return shipment must be fully prepaid by the customer.

  • VEARI does not accept packages with unpaid postage.

3.2 Condition Assessment

If the returned items show signs of use, damage, missing labels, or lack original packaging, a $20 USD processing fee per item will be deducted from the store credit.

3.3 Refund Method

  • All approved returns are issued exclusively as store credit, valid for 6 months.

  • No cash refunds or credit/debit refunds will be issued.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

VEARI is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered return packages.


4. CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES (U.S. & INTERNATIONAL)

4.1 International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and government fees. VEARI has no control over these charges.
4.2 The customer must pay any duties or taxes assessed at delivery.
4.3 If the customer refuses to pay customs charges, the package may be returned, delayed, or destroyed by authorities.
4.4 If the package returns due to unpaid duties, all related costs—including round-trip shipping, customs fees, carrier charges, and the original shipping cost—will be deducted from the store credit.
4.5 No cash refunds will be issued.


5. SHIPPING POLICY

5.1 Processing Time

Orders require up to 72 business hours (Monday–Friday) for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

5.2 Delivery Attempts & Returned Packages

If the carrier is unable to deliver the package after three (3) delivery attempts, the shipment may be:

  • Returned to VEARI,

  • Held by the carrier, or

  • Held at customs (for international shipments).

In these situations, the customer is fully responsible for all costs generated, including:

  • Return shipping

  • Storage fees

  • Customs duties or import taxes

  • Re-delivery charges

  • Carrier administrative fees

These costs will be deducted from the customer’s store credit, including the original shipping cost. No cash refunds will be issued.

5.3 U.S. Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 15–25 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 4–6 business days

  • Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days

  • Next-Day Air: 1 business day
    PO Box & APO not available.

A signature may be required for orders over $199 USD or for expedited delivery.

5.4 International Shipping

International shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or government charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


6. SHIPPING INSURANCE (OPTIONAL)

6.1 Customers may purchase optional shipping insurance to cover the full value of their order during transit.
6.2 To file a claim, the customer must provide all documentation required by the carrier.
6.3 If insurance was purchased and the claim is approved, VEARI will replace the order at no additional cost.
6.4 Insurance coverage applies only to international shipments.


7. IN-STORE PURCHASES

7.1 In-store purchases may be returned within 10 days with the original receipt and items in original condition.
7.2 Outlet Costa Maya: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.


8. ORDERING ONLINE

8.1 The customer acknowledges the following steps as the official purchase process:

  1. Select the product

  2. Add items to cart

  3. Proceed to checkout

  4. Apply coupon codes (if applicable)

  5. Choose shipping method

  6. Complete payment

  7. Receive confirmation email

8.2 Once the order has shipped, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number and carrier information.
