We support the durability of our products and offer an unconditional guarantee against any manufacturing defects during normal use for 10 days.

HOW TO RETURN  ONLINE SHOPPING
  • CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN
  1. The return must be handled within the established period:
    Online purchase: you have 10 days from the receiving date of your order.
  2. Request to customercare@veari.com the return form, fill the form and put inside the box before ship the package.
  3. The items need to be in their original condition and with all their labels, and please send in advance the tracking number of the package so we can follow up until arrives to the warehouse
  4. You must make the return to the next shipping address.

  1. Purchase at a store: you have 30 days from the purchase date to return the items in the original condition with all their labels.
  2. You can return items free of charge in any of our VEARI stores
  3. You just have to present the items to return and you VEARI receipt of purchase.

Standard shipping 15-25 business days from when package is shipped.

Expedited shipping 4-6 business days from when package is shipped.

Two day shipping 2 business days from when package is shipped.

Shipping times do not reflect order-processing time. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing of orders M-F.

Shipping costs are based on the carrier and delivery method request. Signature may be required on orders shipped for overnight delivery or any order over $199 USD with different billing and shipping addresses. This is a secure delivery of your package. All shipments made within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are considered Domestic. In-stock orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days. Business days fall between Monday and Friday for any non-holidays. We do not offer weekend delivery. During inclement weather shipping may be delayed and DHL does not guarantee next day or two days delivery methods.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping rates do not include any applicable customs fees. Customs fees are non-refundable. Customers who reject an international shipment will be responsible for the customs fees and shipping charges to and from your country. Please understand that DHL does charge shipping fees and custom fees in the event that you refuse your delivery. The cost of 2-way international shipping plus custom fees will be deducted from your refund. Currently return charges for international packages are the responsability of the customer. We now ship to to over 30 countries and are adding more every day. Client must request and pay for additional shipping insurance for the total value of the product to be delivered. If the client request parcial or full refund of the product in the event of missing item or open boxes, the client is obligated to present all the paperwork requested by the shipping company in order to file the claim and get parcial or full refund. (i.e. open box or visible damage receipt provided by the courier at the time of delivery stating that the package had visible damage or was open).

INSURANCE EXTRA FEE

Our shipping guarantee offers you the protection and safety for your valued items, during international transport. We will send the replacement package inmediatelly at no additional cost if the package becomes lost or damaged. *Shipping guarantee only applicable for international shipping.
