IN-STORE RETURNS

We are very proud of every one of our VEARI products. Nevertheless, if you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase in VEARI for a factory defect, we accept exchanges or returns on the merchandise purchased with original purchase ticket, package and price tags in its original condition, effective until 7 days after day of purchase. The merchandise should be in good condition in order to be resold. Returns will only be good for store credit, no money reimbursements available. For more details, suggestions email us at: customercare@veari.com.The merchandise purchased through other VEARI retailers or department stores should be returned at the store where the merchandise was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the retailer.

 

*If you purchase an item through our physical stores and that particular item is not listed under the website catalog then your warranty will be that of the store where you purchased the item.

 

MAIL RETURNS  

Customer will directly contact our customer service via e-mail at customercare@veari.com to request a return form that will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address. The form should be returned along with the products to be exchanged, with the original purchase ticket, package and price tags in its original condition, effective until 7 days after merchandise was received. The merchandise should be in good condition in order to be resold, the merchandise can be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value, or it can be returned for online credit, no money reimbursements available. In order to assure that your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible, make sure to include your order number, customer’s full name and address. If this information is not available, along with the required return form, your request may take longer to be processed. Note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs, (The return of the item, and of the new item being shipped). The packages should be returned with the shipping costs already covered, and with a trackable shipping service; we do not accept returns if the shipping costs are not paid in full before being shipped back to VEARI. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during mail transit. 

 

Note that this return policy is only available for online purchases made on WWW.VEARI.COM, if your items were purchased on a retail store they need to be returned to that location.
